Goodbye, Pop-Ups (and Thank You)...
To my Golden Fox pop-up community—this is a bittersweet update to share that I’m officially closing the pop-up side of Golden Fox Equestrian.
Owning a boutique has been a lifelong dream of mine. Getting to blend that dream with my love of equestrian sports ended up being an unexpected gift—one that brought me new friends, so many great conversations, and so many moments that truly lit my heart on fire.
When I started Golden Fox Equestrian, I wasn’t just trying to sell beautiful riding wear—I wanted to create an inclusive space that felt welcoming the second you walked up to the rack. A place where we could celebrate and support female-owned brands, and where you’d get true boutique-level customer service: thoughtful recommendations, honest fit feedback, and that “I’ve got you” feeling that isn’t always easy to find in the equestrian apparel world.
And you showed up for that.
You supported my dream, you trusted my eye, you brought your friends, you shared your stories, and you helped Golden Fox become something I’ll always be proud of.
I thought I would be doing this until I retired.
Here’s what changed: in late March, a recruiter from a start-up reached out completely out of the blue with an opportunity that felt too good not to explore. I took the leap, joined the company, and I’m thriving in the role. I’m excited about where it’s headed, and I’m ready to lean into that path and grow with them.
So with a full heart (and a little lump in my throat), I’ve made the hard decision that it’s time for me to let the in-person side of Golden Fox go.
I’ll be holding a liquidation sale of all remaining on-hand merchandise. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
