Order Policy

Your receipt of an electronic, or other form of order confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

 

Golden Fox Equestrian reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
 
One Brand Ambassador code may be used per order.
No more than two promo codes may be used at one time.
 
Placing orders using more than two codes may result in order cancellation at Golden Fox Equestrian’s discretion.
 
We are unable to offer price adjustments at this time.
 
Golden Fox Equestrian is not responsible for any import fees your order may accrue. We ship based off of Shopify's recommendations, and sometimes customs rates may be higher than anticipated. We apologize for the inconvenience, but will not reimburse.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. During the holiday season (November 1st-January 1st) the return and exchange window is extended, and you have until January 5th to request an exchange or return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jaclyn@goldenfoxeq.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund, if you choose to exchange for an item or store credit the full balance of your purchase will be returned to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like socks and undergarments. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, Kismet Farms merch, or gift cards.

Sale Items Are Final Sale 

Exchanges
Email us and we'll send you your replacement with a prepaid shipping label for you to send the original item back to us!

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the cost of your return shipping label). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
